This privacy policy applies to all mobile applications (hereby referred to as "Application") developed and published by SnuffleSoft (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as Freemium services. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
The pages and features of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and time spent on those pages
Time spent in the Application overall
The operating system you use on your mobile device
A unique device identifier (Android Advertising ID) and App Set ID, collected by third-party advertising SDKs
Game progress and activity
In-app purchase history and monetization activity, including virtual currency usage and advertisement interactions
This data is used for analytics, service improvement, feature optimization, ad attribution, fraud prevention, and overall gameplay balancing.
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
For a better experience while using the Application, the Service Provider may ask you to provide certain information, including your age and, optionally, your Google Play Games profile. The information the Service Provider requests will be retained and used as described in this privacy policy.
Age-Based Data Handling
The Application is designed for a mixed audience of children and adults.
When you first launch the Application, you will be asked to provide your age. If you indicate that you are under 16 years of age, the Application will apply child-directed settings across all relevant third-party services. Under these settings:
Personalized and behaviorally targeted advertising will not be served to you
The Android Advertising ID will not be transmitted to advertising partners
Data collection by third-party SDKs will be restricted to what is permitted under child-directed policies, including compliance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and applicable data protection laws
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 beyond what is described above and what is permitted under applicable law. If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information beyond what is necessary for the child-directed experience, that information will be promptly deleted. Google Play Games
If you have a Google Play Games profile active on your device, the Application will automatically connect to it at launch in order to sync your save file to the cloud. This allows your game progress to be preserved if you change or lose your device. The Google Play Games player ID is used solely for this purpose and is not shared with advertising partners. Third Party Access
The Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you or your device. These services have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data. Below are links to the privacy policies of third-party service providers used by the Application:
The Service Provider may disclose collected information:
As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process
When the Service Provider believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request
With trusted service providers who work on the Service Provider's behalf, who do not have independent use of the information disclosed to them, and who have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement
Device or Other Identifiers
The Application and its third-party advertising SDKs collect the Android Advertising ID and App Set ID from your device. These identifiers are used for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention purposes. For users who indicate they are under 16, the Android Advertising ID is not transmitted to advertising partners.
You can reset or delete your Android Advertising ID at any time through your device's settings under Google → Ads.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain collected data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter (generally no longer than 24 months following your last use). If you would like the Service Provider to delete data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at snufflesoftcontact@gmail.com and they will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. All data collected or shared by the Application and its third-party SDKs is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS). The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information it processes and maintains.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly, as continued use of the Application is deemed approval of all changes.
